Thank you for your interest in participating in PHLL! The 2022 PHLL Fall Baseball and Softball Season will see some 250+ Palm Harbor boys and girls take the fields to enjoy the game of baseball and softball.

IF YOUR DESIRED DIVISION IS ON A WAIT LIST, PLEASE SIGN UP AT NO COST. IF WE HAVE ENOUGH INTEREST FOR THAT DIVISION WE WILL ADD ANOTHER TEAM. WAIT LIST SELECTION IS DETERIMED BY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

FALL SEASON KEY INFORMATION

The Fall Season is instructional and is designed to prepare players for the upcoming Spring Season.
PHLL strongly encourages players do not “play down” in a lower division they will not be eligible for in the upcoming Spring “regular” season.
If you would like your player to play "Up" or "Down" a division that is not offered for your child's age group, please select an available division and make sure a request is made in the registration screen for consideration.
Note the registration system is set to Little League 2023 League age charts. Please see following links below to determine your player's "League Age":

Some divisions may be combined based upon the number of player and volunteer registrations request received for the Fall season.
It is YOUR responsibility to assure you have accurately and completely registered all your players and adults volunteering.
FAILURE TO FULLY COMPLY WITH ALL REGISTRATION RULES MAY RESULT IN YOUR REGISTRATION(S) NOT BEING INCLUDED IN THE CURRENT SESSION, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE TO YOU !!

FALL SEASON KEY DATES:

August 13, 2022: Primary registration will close.
August 20, 2022: Wait list registration will close.
August 13-27, 2022: Open division practices and staff selections
August 29, 2022 (week of): Teams to be formed.
September 3, 2022: Start of Games
November 19, 2022 :Game play is expected to end.
End of season tournaments may be held and/or regular season added games may be added during the first 2 weeks of December.

PLAYER REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

All players and volunteers interested in participating in the Fall season will be required to register online using "Register" button on the home page of PHLL’s website.
There will be no “Walk-In” registration.
Season payment of fees will only be accepted through the registration system.
All new PHLL player registrants will be required to upload an electronic copy of the player’s birth certificate into the secured system. This is a one time event for each player. Once age is verified, the file will be removed from the system at the end of season.
All player registrants will be required to upload proof of in boundary residency documents OR in boundary school attendance documents online through the registration system. Please follow the registration system instructions.
Division of play and teammate requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed at the time of registration.

FALL PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES:

T-Ball Division Fee: $50
All Other Division Fee: $125
Fee includes:
1 Team hat
1 Team shirt
Recreation Field fee
Should you require financial assistance to cover the cost of the season, please complete the PHLL Scholarship Season Request Form for league consideration.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION:

HELP is required and much appreciated by the kids!!!
All PHLL Volunteers (Managers, Coaches, Umpires, PHLL Board etc.) are required to register for the 2022 Fall Season.
This includes ALL returning volunteers from previous seasons.
Please register as a volunteer before August 27, 2022. This helps the league get required background checks completed and the season started on a timely basis.
YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A LEAGUE OFFICIAL AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE START OF THE SEASON.
There is no cost to register as a volunteer for PHLL.
