Palm Harbor Little League Palm Harbor, FL

PHLL Information

Palm Harbor Little League (PHLL) is a chartered member of Little League International.  The league was first chartered in 1990 by our first league President John Gibalina and continues to this day as a volunteer organization.

Fun Fact:  That first year in 1990 we had over 1600 registered player including 36 Tee Ball teams.  According to LLBI, we had the highest concentration of registered players per square mile than any other chartered Little League in the world!  Today, we now average 400-600 registered players each year.

The objective PHLL is to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.

To achieve this objective, PHLL will provide a supervised program under the Rules and Regulations of Little League Baseball, Incorporated.  All Directors, Officers, Members, and players shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill of the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is of prime importance.

In accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code, PHLL operates exclusively as a non-profit educational organization providing a supervised program of competitive baseball and softball games. Please click on PHLL 501 (C)(3) Determination Letter
