Financial Overview

Each year fiscal year the PHLL board is required to create a budget for the operations of the league.  The budget is created base on previous years participation numbers for registered players and anticipated sponsors who support the league.  In accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code, PHLL operates exclusively as a non-profit educational organization providing a supervised program of competitive baseball and softball games.

In order to ensure proper funding from year to year and for major repairs/improvements, all funds not spent for the current year are maintained in a reserve fund.
